The Alameda Gateway Community Association
AGCA is a business and community organization

Bandimere Speedway
In 1958, John Bandimere Sr. purchased a parcel of land
on the west side of Denver nestled up against the Hogback leading up to the
Rocky Mountains. He and his family began the process of constructing a small
but efficient drag strip that was to be used to augment their auto parts
business. It also was the fulfillment of a dream of John Sr.'s to provide a
safe environment for young people to learn about cars and race them off the
streets.
Operating for over 50 years, the only thing at
Bandimere Speedway that has not changed is the facility's location. Nearly
every original building has been replaced including the original spark
plug-replica timing tower and the event schedule has grown nearly 10 times its
original size to host a variety of specialty events, including the NHRA Full

Denver Theatres and Arenas Division – Red Rocks
Nestled in the Rocky Mountain Foothills fifteen miles

Rocks is a geologically formed, open-air Amphitheatre that is not duplicated

Green Tree Metro District
Green Tree Metropolitan District Nos. 1 & 2 (the “Districts”)
are Title 32 special districts, established to serve as independent local
political subdivisions under Colorado Revised Statutes 32-1-101 et. seq. The
Districts are governed by an elected board of directors and hold public
meetings to conduct business as necessary. The primary purpose of these
governmental entities is to facilitate the construction and financing of the
C-470 and Alameda Interchange. The Districts continue to exist for the purposes
of operating and maintaining aspects associated with the Interchange, including
certain landscaping elements. The Districts will generate revenues from various
fees, charges and property taxes in order discharge debt and other expenditures
associated with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Interchange.
